As Cengiz Enerji, we contribute to Türkiye's energy supply security through our thermal and natural gas power plants located across various regions of the country. From our 1,320 MW Cenal Integrated Power Plant in Çanakkale to our award-winning natural gas combined cycle power plant in Samsun, as well as the cogeneration plant at Eti Alüminyum in Konya and the thermal power plant at Eti Bakır in Mardin Mazıdağı. We generate electricity that reaches millions of households thanks to our robust production infrastructure. With our high technology, environmentally friendly practices, and efficiency-focused production approach, we continue to support sustainable growth in the energy sector.

Cenal Thermal Power Plant (1,320 MW)
Located in Çanakkale, our plant, with its installed capacity of 1,320 MW, is large enough to meet 3% of Türkiye’s electricity demand. Completed in 2017 and commissioned the same year, our facility was established using the most advanced technologies and best practice methods. With modern filtration technologies, the Cenal Power Generation Plant stands out as an environmentally friendly thermal power plant, making significant contributions to Türkiye’s energy supply security with its high standards in the energy sector.

Samsun Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant (610 MW)
The Samsun Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant held a world record at its commissioning with an efficiency of 61%. Operating since 2014 in Tekkeköy, Samsun, with an installed capacity of 610 MW, the facility is also recognized as the fastest-built natural gas power plant in its category. With its 610 MW installed capacity, the plant generates electricity equivalent to the consumption of 711,000 households annually.

Tashkent Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant (240 MW)
Our first natural gas combined cycle power plant in Uzbekistan’s capital, Tashkent, with an installed capacity of 240 MW, began commercial operation in 2022. Built on a 37,000 m² area and completed in just one year, the plant has the capacity to meet the electricity needs of 700,000 households. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the facility can reach maximum load in a short time thanks to its flexible production capability.

Sirdaryo Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant (240 MW)
Our natural gas combined cycle power plant in Sirdaryo, Uzbekistan, with an installed capacity of 240 MW, began commercial operation in 2022. Built on a 70,000 m² area, the Sirdaryo Power Plant not only contributes significantly to the city’s local economy and the development of the energy sector, but also operates with high efficiency thanks to its ability to reach maximum load in a short time and its modular structure. Completed and commissioned in as little as 8 months, our plant makes major contributions both to the country’s energy demand and to the local economy.

Jizzakh Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant (550 MW)
Our new natural gas combined cycle power plant under construction in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan, will have an installed capacity of 550 MW. Planned for completion in 2026, with this plant our total installed capacity in Uzbekistan will reach 1,030 MW. The Jizzakh Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant, with a capacity equivalent to the electricity consumption of 1.6 million households, currently employs 1,000 people during the construction phase. The Jizzakh Power Plant will make significant contributions to Uzbekistan’s economic development and to the advancement of its energy sector.

Eti Bakır Mazıdağı Thermal Power Plant (48 MW)
Located in the Mazıdağı district of Mardin, the Eti Bakır Mazıdağı Thermal Power Plant, with its installed capacity of 48 MW, contributes to regional energy production. Built to meet the production energy needs of the Eti Bakır facilities, the plant has the capacity to meet the electricity consumption of 56,000 households.

Eti Alüminyum Cogeneration Power Plant (12.93 MW)
Located in Seydişehir, Konya, the Eti Alüminyum Cogeneration Power Plant, with its installed capacity of 12.93 MW, meets the production energy needs of the Eti Alüminyum facilities. By simultaneously generating both electricity and heat, the facility increases energy efficiency. The plant has the capacity to meet the electricity demand of 15,000 households.
