We are training the energy actors of the future!

Launched in cooperation between Cengiz Enerji and the Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO), the ReAktör Project is a comprehensive development platform for electrical engineering students interested in the energy sector. With this program, we train the energy engineers of the future, introduce young talents to the sector, and raise awareness in the field of energy.

We not only transfer technical knowledge but also offer students real field experience, one-on-one mentoring support, and opportunities to interact directly with industry leaders. In this way, we support the professional and personal development of young engineers, preparing them as the energy professionals of the future.

What does ReAktör offer?

Technical Site Visits

We organize technical visits to our facilities across Türkiye so that students can apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and observe energy production processes on-site. These visits allow students to gain firsthand insight into various energy generation systems and explore the engineering processes implemented in our plants.

Mentorship Program

For students aspiring to build a career in the energy sector, one of the most valuable opportunities is to grow under the guidance of experienced professionals. Selected specifically for the Energy Team, Cengiz Enerji professionals serve as mentors, offering career guidance and sharing technical expertise as well as insights into sector dynamics.
